If you're looking for something extra special, try one of Emily's fabulous dream cakes. Our bakers begin with two layers of yellow sponge cake and then add a thick, delicious layer of chiffon filling in the middle. You have a number of filling choices, including lemon, raspberry, strawberry and chocolate. The cake is then covered with a non-dairy whipped icing and can be decorated with flowers, figurines or edible images. Scanned photographs printed on our edible sheets of frosting work well on this cake as well. The dream cake pictured above right was used for a baptism. Notice that these cakes are a bit taller than our other cakes and the sides are decorated a little differently. Dream cakes are available in mini, 1/4, 1/2 and full sheets. Decoration options range from frosting only to flowers, balloons, edible images and figurines. Prices depend on cake size and the complexity of the decorations.
